General Information

OPTIS:

The following info is for all Opti Regattas that DBMS will be supporting this summer. For all the events below, DBMS will be sending a coach and transport boats to the event. If you would like to sail one of these events, you will first need to sign up on the DBMS website and pay the support fee if the event has one. By doing this first, you will know if there is room in the event or not. DBMS only has an 8 boat opti trailer, so we will only be taking 8 boats to any of the away events. The first 8 boats that register through DBMS will be taken. We will not be able to accommodate those that are not one of the first 8 to register.

After you register with DBMS (and you are able to secure one of the 8 spots) you need to follow the regatta registration link and actually register for the event. Then you are done! It's that easy!

The coaches will be given a print out of the roster after the DBMS registration deadline. This will tell them who they will be coaching at the event.

If you wait to the last minute you will be shut out of the event.

NBJR - July 7th and 8th

420s:

The following info is for all 420 Regattas that DBMS will be supporting this summer. For all the events below, DBMS will be sending a coach and transport boats to the event. If you would like to sail one of these events, you will first need to sign up on the DBMS website and pay the support fee if the event has one. By doing this first, you will know if there is room in the event or not. DBMS only has a 6 boat 420 trailer, so we will only be taking 6 boats to any of the away events. The first 6 boats that register through DBMS will be taken. We will not be able to accommodate those that are not one of the first 6 to register.

After you register with DBMS (and you are able to secure one of the 6 spots) you need to follow the regatta registration link and actually register for the event. Then you are done! It's that easy!

The coaches will be given a print out of the roster after the DBMS registration deadline. This will tell them who they will be coaching at the event.
