High School Learn Sweep Rowing
Grades: 8-12, Prerequisites: Must have some rowing experience, Requirements: Must be able to swim.
Do you have what it takes to row on the High School Racing Team? Take this class and find out! This two week class will focus on the skills and technique needed to learn “Sweep” rowing (one oar) as well as the fitness necessary to compete at the high school level.
